"Insane Clown Posse has announced that they have filed a lawsuit against the FBI to get "Juggalos" removed from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's gang list. Group member Joe Bruce (Violent J) said that he didn't have anything against the FBI having a gang list, but that his fanbase, employees of the Psychopathic Records label (which recently signed Cold 187 of Above The Law and Vanilla Ice), and ICP themselves do not constitute a criminal organization.
"Juggalos" are ranked alongside the Bloods, the Crips and the Latin Kings.
Bruce feels that the classification qualifies as a government attempt to censor the group's music, as multiple retailers have pulled Psychopathic merchandise, claiming that it was considered to be "gang apparel". Psychopathic has launched a website, Juggalos Fight Back, and is taking stories from fans that have been wrongly harassed by police or any government organization because of the FBI's classification."
So apparently there is a God and he has a sense of humour...

"Juggalos" are ranked alongside the Bloods, the Crips and the Latin Kings. Just read this on Facebook, how the f**k are ICP fans a gang? If I go to the Gathering, does that make me a member of this Juggalo "gang"? Are techn9cians next? We can't allow this to become the standard just cause some people don't like Juggalos.

Pretty much my thoughts, can any fan base be regarded as a gang, such as Slipknot's Maggots? If Jugallos were involved in more crimes than merely liking ICP I could understand, but it does seen ridiculous to have them regarded as a gang on the same par as Latin Kings and the like. Hell, I like Hopsin a lot, I may be dick ridin' but I'm not in a gang because of it...

I read that some small groups of Juggalos had been involved in crimes like theft, vandalism, drug dealing and assaults in some areas. I guess the cops noticed that they were dressed in the same clothing and figured they were one organization or something. However, I don't think the figure is high enough to generalize the entire fanbase as a gang.

This is luda! I know a lot of Juggalos tend to think they're badass, but seriously??
