I also have De Gea. You watch. Rooney will score at least 2 tonight and UTD will get a clean sheet and I will rise to the top 5

Yeah, that didn't work. OK, here are the final standings for week 1: Campbell's Cavalry - 52 McMahon's Magicians - 46 Storme Troopers - 44 RB Stars - 39 The Assassins - 37 Team Name (Nabs) - 33 So despite United losing Nabs somehow clawed his way back into this thing, so it's all to play for going into next weekends games. Next weekend we have: Swansea Swansea v West Ham West Ham Aston Villa v Everton Man Utd v Fulham Norwich v QPR Southampton v Wigan Sunderland v Reading Tottenham v West Brom Chelsea v Newcastle Stoke City v Arsenal Liverpool v Man City So get those subs in now.

Swapped out Phil Jones for Phil Jagielka due to Jones' injury, with Everton away to Villa I figured this could be a decent time to stick another Evertonian into my team

Well Aguero's injured and since Rodwell's transfer, I had too many Man City players anyway. So I've swapped Kun out for Jermain Defoe - which leaves me 4 mil in the bank. Also, Riise replaces Hernandez in the starting eleven, making my team...
Hart (v) A Cole Hetinga Hangeland Riise Nasri (c) Park Rodwell Ben Arfa Defoe Cisse
Subs: Given, Lucas, Hernandez, Jara

Made a couple of changes with subs and 2 transfers so -4 points for me heading into next week. Hopefully the transfers will pay off though. Odemwingie in for Holt and Nasri in for Dempsey who'se still injured. My team is now:
de Gea Baines A. Ferdinand Vidic Sinclair Allen Nasri Van der Vaart (v) Cabaye Odemwingie Rooney (c)

We've had quite a change in the leaderboard thanks to last night's Chelsea game, here are the new current standings (updated the first post too as always): Campbell's Cavalry - 56 The Assassin's - 50 Storme Troopers - 49 RB Stars - 48 McMahon's Magicians - 47 Team Name (Nabs) - 33 Assy Bites (Manic) - to join this weekend Campbell (Orton) has quite a hefty lead, but my gosh is it close for second place - 3 points separates second from fifth. Nabs shouldn't feel too disheartened, I picked up 13 points from that one game alone (thanks to Gary Cahill scoring and earning me 10 of them) so a good weekend for him could see him right back in this. Manic joins in the action this weekend too. Good team choices too, I've also taken out Phil Jones but not permanently as I used my one free substitute getting Michael Dawson out for Per Meetersacker. My team for next week is: Gonna definitely get rid of either Jones or Aguero next week, depending on which one's out for longer.

Nabs shouldn't feel too disheartened. Disheartened? I'm no longer last, I'm f***ing ecstatic.
