Whether you just liked the design of the titles, its history or the matches that came with it, what's your favorite Championship Divisions in wrestling? Yeah, I was always fond of the Intercontinental Championship myself. Back in the day it wasn't too uncommon to see the same person who held the title hold the WWE Championship. Macho Man Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Diesel, Triple H, The Rock and Steve Austin are just a few who held the title to go on to star in the Main Event. It was always a highlight for me.

I always liked the design for the old school NWA and WCW World titles. And of course...

I've always been a fan of the hardcore title (even though it is now retired) whenever that belt was on the line I knew I would see a bloody great match. Even though the design isn't the best. but still was an excellent belt to see put on the line I also loved the eagle belt.

The 24/7 rule was genius.

I kinda thought the 24/7 rule cheapened it a little. At least when it got to the point where the title was changing hands all willy nilly backstage.

Division-wide, it was definitely the IC, but not over the last few years - I'm thinking more in the 90's when the likes of Mr. Perfect, Bret Hart and British Bulldog won it. It was regularly a stepping stone to the World title, it was what essentially seperated "Midcarders" from "Jobbers", and it was just a damn fine belt. Admittedly, not all IC champs went on to win the world title, but the likes of Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels went on to win my personal favourite title belt of all time (alongside the classic IC belt of course) - the Winged Eagle.
For me, that title belt was the best ever made. It was phenomenal - it LOOKED like a title belt, and the guy wearing it looked like the champion. It's never been matched since, and I would LOVE to see it back one day.

Real surprised no one's mentioned the X-Division yet. I'm talking old school TNA with the six sided ring and Ultimate X. Blew me away.

The winged eagle was another great title and looked amazing, honestly if I were a WWE champion i would be ashamed to hold the WWE Championship they way it's treated now with that piece of crap spinner design, the Eagle Design should definitely make a return , RAW 1000 calling it

It doesn't even spin anymore. What the Champion going to do in their spare time now?

I kinda thought the 24/7 rule cheapened it a little. At least when it got to the point where the title was changing hands all willy nilly backstage. That's a fair point, and you're right. I loved it when it was stuff like Crash Holly defending the title in a kids' play area, going down the slide to escape his opponent. Or when The Mean Street Posse attacked him in the hotel room and eventually kicked the crap out of each other because they couldn't decide who would get the pin, so Crash casually walked out while they were fighting. Those were the good days of the Hardcore Title, but yeah it did get silly when it changed hands about 30 times in a 10 minute battle royal. Raven is a 26 time champion because of silly matches like that, that's just ridiculous. He must have won it 10 times in that match alone.

They were creative with it at first and it led to some entertaining scenarios, but like with many great ideas they didn't know when to call it a quits.

IWGP championshipand Both won by Masahiro Chono, but people might recognize the IWGP title belt as the one Kurt Angle won a while back and carried around TNA as a dual championship.
