news.cnet.com/8301-10805_3-57533792-75/xbox-360-to-get-internet-explorer-with-windows-8-release/It's an interesting update and one people have been waiting for for years. Honestly I'm not that impressed with IE on 360 my initial though was "Oh instead of hooking my computer to my TV to watch my shows I can just go to IE on my xbox" but that is not the case as you need Flash Player to view videos which you can not get. So for me the update is kind of pointless if I can't watch videos on my TV when I want to. And if I need to browse the web I'm not gonna think "Oh I'm gonna get on my xbox and take 10 minutes to type in a web address" I'm gonna get off my ass and get on a computer , so don't really see the point in Internet Explorer on xbox, but whatever ;D. on a side note don't know how DXX looks on it

My thoughts exactly, I have no interest in it unless it supports Flash.
DXX probably looks awful, it probably lacks the coding to display it properly for starters. And the cbox won't work either of course.

Lol ^ Never liked Xbox for that exact reason, no internet browser, took em long enough. Although, I did hear from other people, way before this update, that there was a way to get internet browser. I'm not sure if it was true, or not, but if I had to guess how it'd be done, would be some form of connection between a computer/laptop, and the media center of the 360, or some s**t like that at the time. Also, I didn't read the article as I don't really care about anything Xbox related, as well as have a Xbox, I did, but I much rather prefer PS3, it has always had internet browser and the online play is free
