www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19028743I understand why they have to sell all their senior players but on the other hand there's no way they're going to survive in League 1 with their starting points deduction and fielding their entire youth squad. To be honest I think they're fighting a lost battle anyway and should just give it up. Your thoughts?

Well we here at Leeds are doing our utmost to help them, we've signed 4 of there players. But honestly, I think I'm the only football fan on here who knows what it feels like and Pompey have it worse than we did, so I wish them all the best. I wish there was something someone could do to help them. Perhaps loan players out at no cost?

Poor Portsmouth. You gotta try, don't write a team off ever. Football's a funny old thing but it will be an uphill battle. FM 13 challenge ACCEPTED.

I think it'd be smart for a team like say Barca or another huge power, to lend a few players (mostly youth, maybe a 1st team bench player or two) just to get those guys some type of first league experience somewhere. Keep them fresh especially if the team is so deep, there isn't a consistent substitute showing from them. Of course lend them at no cost like KK said or promise of future payment.

Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Tottenham and Arsenal, at least, all have the conditions to loan them players with no cost, for at least a season or two. It'd actually be a great way for their players to gain first-team experience. Even teams like Blackburn, Newcastle and Aston Villa have players that could benefit from a loan like this. Real Madrid, Barcelona, AC Milan, Inter, Juventus, Benfica, Porto, CSKA Moscow, Zenit, Bayern Munich, Dortmund, Leverkusen, PSG, and a few others, also all could lend a hand, although it's something different, since they're foreigners, unlike the others i mentioned.
