OK, so the question I have is should I stick with my xbox 360 and pay $60 for xbox live or just go buy a PS3
The reason I ask this is because the Xbox has really been pissing me off lately, I feel that it is to xbox live dependent (I can't even edit my profile without being connected to xbox live). I saw that they had a "cloud storage" now so I was excited because I could be on any console and play my game. But apparently I need xbox live gold to use that.
However I do not want to move to a PS3 just for it not to have any good features like the xbox does because I've never had one, so the question is on the PS3 can I go to my friends house and play my saved games without having to bring my console (this isn't the 1990's!!!).
So should I just stick with the xbox or go to PS3? and reasons for it.

As far as I know cloud storage is only available on Playstation Plus, which is a monthly service a bit like Xbox Live but you get a ton of stuff for being a member. Free games as long as you subscribe, exclusive DLC, that sort of thing. It's worth doing if you have the money to spare, but it won't solve your problem.
I like my 360 and PS3 almost equally, but personally just prefer the 360. Don't get me wrong, the PS3 has some amazing games but anything cross-platform is always bought for the Xbox 360.
