WWE issued the following on Chyna passing away. As noted, she was found in her Redondo Beach, California home on Wednesday in bed. She was 45. WWE is saddened to learn of reports that Joanie Laurer, best known for competing in WWE as Chyna, has passed away. A physically striking and wildly talented performer, Chyna was a true sports-entertainment pioneer. Not only did the Superstar dubbed "The Ninth Wonder of the World" help found the groundbreaking faction D-Generation X, but she also holds the distinction of being the first and only female to win the Intercontinental Championship. WWE extends its condolences to Laurer's family, friends and fans. ____________________________________ Very sad news, it's being investigated as a drug overdose.

It's sad that they're just now acting like she exists when she's dead, and may likely only get into the Hall of Fame because she's dead.
RIP Chyna.

That's really how it'll feel huh?
"Oh, we've ignored putting Chyna in the HoF despite the impact she had in the late 90's, cause of...reasons. Oh what, she's dead? Well we better put her in the HoF then!"
